The philosophy for OV therapies is based on a 1-to-1 personal approach with attention paid to the individual's needs at the time of the therapy. These may change from session to session and therefore personal prescriptions are often used. Whether you choose a facial with OV products to give your skin a deep cleansing & replenishing treatment, a facial massage for a natural face lift effect or a back massage to relieve tense shoulders, you will receive a therapeutic, holistic, professional & caring experience. Many clients comment on Lucy's 'healing touch'. We aim to give you a 'mini holiday' where your mind body & soul are cleared & replenished.

Massage is a therapeutic aid to body balance, detoxification and relaxation. Combining a variety of massage techniques, and working on different muscle groups, massage is a wonderfully relaxing treatment. Therapeutic grade essential oils are applied for their clinical properties in prescriptive aromatherapy massage. Therapeutic massage works on the same principles as aromatherapy massage, with no essential oils added to the massage medium.
